I found Lulubells through the Facebook page. I have 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 5 rabbits, and a hamster- my love for animals has no bounds! In my spare time I run a stationery business whilst helping with donation picks ups, rescues, vet runs and now foster a mummy cat and her 4 kittens.

I have wanted to help with a rescue organisation for a long time. I came across Lulubells on Facebook asking for volunteers, so I applied. I really enjoy helping where I can whilst working full time and have met some fantastically dedicated people helping all animals in need.

We started fostering for Lulubells during the pandemic and ended up raising money for them when we learnt about all the work they do. We loved doing it and Melodie was gutted when she moved to Wales as she couldn't foster anymore. Now we both do bits and bobs with the tech and marketing, supporting the team where possible.

I joined Lulubells after being inspired by their Facebook page. I love animals and am glad to have the opportunity to help where I can. I have 4 children, 2 cats and I work for the NHS.

As a child, I always brought stay or injured animals home, as an adult, it has got worse! But luckily, I have an understanding husband. I have worked with animals all my life, I absolutely love them! I was the first Lulubells rescue volunteer and have been part of this rescue ever since! I have fostered lots of different animals in my home, dogs tortoises, ducks, chickens, 14 baby seagulls, cats, and kittens and I just love Lulubells, every rescue is different and you never know what's going to need our help next! We have lots of other team members that work tirelessly everyday. You can meet them at our events or on the other side of an email or phone call.
